Lead Pastor
Brent is Senior Pastor at HillSpring Church. He is married to his wife Jeri and they have one son, Landon, and one daughter, Kalei. Brent has a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Oklahoma State University. He worked in the broadcasting industry for 10 years, mainly in Christian Radio, from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has been Senior Pastor of HillSpring Church since 2007. Brent enjoys watching movies with his wife and spending family time with his children. He also enjoys reading, fishing, and traveling!
Matt has been full-time at HillSpring since May of 2013. Matt and Cassie got married in 2019. Matt has a Bachelor degree in Christian Studies from Trinity Seminary. Matt was saved at the age of 14 years old, and has since served in a variety of capacities within the church including youth, A/V, missions, and more. Matt has a passion for people to be in community together, and truly believes life change happens in community! Matt also believes in the next generation and building up a solid foundation for the teenagers of our church! Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Cassie, watching movies, wrestling, and traveling!
Will Holder is the Executive and Missions Pastor at HillSpring Church. Will and his wife Kelly, along with daughter Olivia moved to Oklahoma in the spring of 2020. Will has over 20 years of missions and administration experience. He also is the Director of Operations for Sow A Few Seeds, a non-profit that exists to connect individuals and groups wanting to serve with missionaries and organizations across the globe. He has a passion for seeing the lost found both here in the U.S. and abroad. As a family, they love to travel, enjoy running and participating in races (even when no one is chasing them), faithfully cheer on their Mississippi State Bulldogs, Florida State Seminoles, New York Giants, and Chicago Cubs, and really like to see anticipated movies on the day they are released.
Cassie barnett
Director of HR, Worship, and HillSpring Kids DaySchool
Cassie has a degree in human resources and worked in staffing for several years before joining the HillSpring team in 2019. Cassie is married to Pastor Matt, and enjoys photography, youth ministry, women's ministry, and singing on our worship team. Cassie and Matt have been foster parents since 2024 and have a passion for partnering with parents and children in all walks of life, and being a partner of hope for families. In her free time Cassie enjoys spending time with friends and family, taking photos, and traveling to Disney!
Joe shepard
Associate Pastor
Joe Shepard is the Associate Pastor at HillSpring Church. He is a retired Tulsa Firefighter and continues his passion for service in our church. Joe has been married to the love of his life, Debbie for 44 wonderful years. They have 5 daughters and two sons-in-law, 1 son and daughter-in-law. The Shepard household is busiest and happiest when the 12 (and counting) grandkids are there! Joe loves to fish and then fish some more!
john stephenson
HillSpring Kids Elementary Pastor
John has been the Elementary Pastor for HillSpring since January of 2017. He and his wife Sarah have two daughters, Emery and Peyton, and one son, Parker. John served 5 years as a bivocational youth minister, and started serving as a volunteer children’s director at HillSpring in 2013. He enjoys watching movies, playing sports, hiking, and spending quality time with his family.
Kelsey Hurst
HillSpring Kids Preschool Director
Kelsey is passionate about ministry and has a heart for building the church and family discipleship. Kelsey is married to Caleb, and together they have two kids, Deacon and Ayla. As a family they enjoy spending time outdoors, working in the yard, reading, and skiing.
Landon Kellogg
Assistant Worship and Student Ministry Pastor
Landon Kellogg serves passionately in the worship ministry as well as youth ministry. He is soon to be married to Kennedy in March and currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in hopes to continue his calling to help and disciple people. Landon graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Psychology and loves to spend time watching sports, playing music, and disciple others.
Karissa Adams
Assistant Dayschool Director | Assistant Preschool Director
Karissa loves serving in multiple capacities at HillSpring. She is married to Shuan Adams, and they have 3 beautiful children, Hope, Lucy, and Beau. When she is not working Karissa enjoys cooking, glamping, and being at the lake in the summer time!
KASSIE BILLINGSLY
Facilities Assistant
Kassie is the Facilities Assistant at HillSpring. She has a passion for children’s and student ministry. Kassie enjoys going to the movies and dinner with friends, spending time with family, watching students do what they love, and playing with her puppy Nahla!
Kelly Mcmichael
Facilities Assistant and Prayer Pastor
Kelly has served at HillSpring for several years leading our prayer ministry and senior adult ministry. He is married to April and together they have a beautiful family of children and grandchildren. Kelly is a huge Sooners fan...Boomer Sooner!
Casey Arms
Finance Assistant and Event Coordinator
Casey is currently attending OSU for a degree in Human Resources. Casey is married to Andrew Arms and they have two sons together Samuel and Henry. She enjoys baking and cooking for friends, family, and the church.
